Job summary

A leading educational institution in Gary, IN, is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide tailored speech services to students. The SLP will work closely with the special education teacher to develop student schedules and maintain communication regarding individual student needs. This position offers competitive pay and involves professional support from experienced leadership. A current SLP license from IPLA is required to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The SLP works in collaboration with the special education teacher in the formation of daily schedules, testing schedules, and annual meetings.
• The SLP also supplies the special education teacher with current speech/language student lists so he/she can maintain a master Special Education list.
• NHA provides specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as resource room, inclusion and/or pullout services.

• SLP license issued by the IPLA.
