Seabright School and Therapy Staffing partners with a school district to recruit a contract School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. Location is Wilmington, DE, on-site with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Duration ASAP through 06/10/2027.

Weekly pay range is $38.45–$44.00 per hour on a local contract. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching, plus CEU/license reimbursements and

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

• Weekly Pay Range: $38.45 – $44.00 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant credential/license or in process in state of practice
