Job summary

GSW Education Partners, LLC seeks a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide SLT services to K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP. You will support treatment plan implementation, deliver direct therapy, and help students build essential communication skills for classroom success.

The role is on-site in Highland, Indiana, with full-time hours for the 2026-2027 school year. Willingness to obtain required licensure if not already held is expected.

Qualifications

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Support the implementation of treatment plans and deliver direct therapy.
• Help students build communication skills to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct SLT to students in classrooms or therapy rooms.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to monitor progress.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes per district policy.
