The Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA's) will be performing therapies, recording the notes of each visit, and following up with their patients;
The SLPA will be empowered to build their schedule with a Supervisor, and maintain it consistently;
The SLPA will be given the tools (software/program) to facilitate the secretarial needs of their schedules (i.e., confirming appointments), and will be expected to have computer and smartphone literacy for this reason;
Some traveling can be expected, as we also offer services not only at our offices but at the daycare centers and schools in the surrounding areas;
The SLPA will meet with their Supervisor at least once a month and work on therapy strategies.
