Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP. The role offers a flexible schedule across Houston, TX and surrounding areas, with opportunities for growth and a sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate has pediatric interest, a positive energy, and strong communication skills to collaborate with families and a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a heart for helping children.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support children in developing speech, language, social, and communication skills.
• Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and celebrate progress.
• Keep detailed documentation and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
