Join a Practice Where You Are Known, Valued & Supported
Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist looking for more than just a job?
At Bright Start Therapy, you won't be a number in a large healthcare system. You'll become part of a locally owned, pediatric-focused practice where clinicians know one another, collaborate across disciplines, and have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the children and families they serve.
We are growing our team and are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who wants to build a rewarding career working with children while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
We recognize the value of experienced clinicians and offer competitive compensation based on education, experience, and clinical expertise.
Work with children and families across a variety of communication needs, including articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language, social communication, AAC, fluency, and other areas of speech and language development.
Work alongside experienced SLPs and OTs. We believe collaboration between disciplines leads to stronger outcomes for children and creates a richer clinical environment for our therapists.
Depending on your interests and experience, opportunities may include both clinic-based and school-based services, allowing you to develop a varied and rewarding caseload.
Beginning your career? We welcome Clinical Fellows and newer clinicians and provide a supportive environment where you can develop your clinical skills and confidence.
We understand that clinicians have lives outside of work. We work with our therapists to develop schedules that are practical and sustainable.
Quality matters more than simply filling your schedule. We believe children receive better care when therapists have the time and support needed to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment.
We encourage continuing education and support clinicians in developing areas of specialty that interest them.
If you are an experienced pediatric SLP, we want to hear about the expertise you can bring to our team.
If you are a new graduate or Clinical Fellow, we want to help you build a strong foundation for your career.
Because you should know the children you serve—and the people you work beside.
At Bright Start Therapy, we believe great therapy starts with great relationships. We are committed to creating an environment where clinicians can grow professionally, maintain balance, collaborate with colleagues, and provide exceptional care to children and families.
