Job summary

SEABREEZE NURSING AND REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute center in Texas City, is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our stable, in-house therapy team. You will deliver comprehensive SLP services to residents, focusing on cognition, memory care, swallowing, and communication disorders.

Requirements include a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, current Texas license, and CCC.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current license in Speech Therapy as required by state law (Texas).
• Certification in clinical competency (CCC) is preferred/required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services to residents.
• Develop programs for cognition, memory care, swallowing, dysarthria, aphasia and voice disorders.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to maintain quality of care.

We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in cognition, memory care, swallowing, aphasia, dysarthria, voice and skilled maintenance.
