Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Lewes, Delaware is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team serving Lewes and surrounding locations. We offer 1:1 therapy in patients’ homes with geriatric house calls, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth.

Applicants must hold a valid SLP license in the state of practice, a degree from an accredited program, basic computer literacy, and CPR certification. FOX Rehabilitation values clinician autonomy and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited SLP therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 speech-language pathology services in a home-based setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support functional outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality geriatric care through FOX Rehabilitation’s model.
