Legacy Healthcare Services in Naples, FL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders, and to develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs for senior residents.

The role emphasizes private sessions, coordination with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing opportunities for CEUs and licensure reimbursement. A Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology required.
• Current state licensure as an SLP or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs after clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one to provide individualized sessions with a functional-based approach.
