Job summary

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence.
• Implement and adapt plans addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate patient records.

You will work closely with our rehabilitation team to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
