TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Waynesville, Missouri school-based role. The position covers K–5 with 30 hours per week, October 2026 through May 2027, four days per week, under dual district and TheraPeds support.

The SLP will provide direct therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and progress tracking, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State license as Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Department of Education licensure as SLP required.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children in school settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology; fingerprint background clearance.

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Waynesville, MO.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Job Details

• Full-time, 30 hours/week
• October 2026 - May 2027

• Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
• Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time

• $55– $66+/hour ($1,760- $2,112+/week)

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
• National License: ASHA
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
• CF-SLP placement may be available
• Experience working with children
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in use of technology
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
