Job summary

Houston SNF Operations LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas for a rewarding full-time position in a supportive, innovative environment. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, then develop personalized plans to improve communication and swallowing function.

  • Active SLP license in Texas.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with trachs and vents is a plus.
  • Passion for helping patients improve communication and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
  • Work with patients requiring trach and vent support to enhance speech and swallowing abilities.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
