Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to join our team.

In this role, you will work with children under the Early Intervention Program (EIP) and CPSE in home and community settings, assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders to improve children's communication and quality of life. Our therapists enjoy the ability to select their own schedule and geographic preferences to fit any caseload.

Qualifications

• SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials encouraged.
• Experience with pediatric home and community-based therapy preferred.
• Ability to assess and treat speech, language and communication disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients’ speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families regarding speech therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our team. SLP-CCCs and SLP-CFs are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will work with children under the auspices of the Early Intervention Program (EIP) & Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) in home & community settings. You will assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping children improve their communication abilities and overall quality of life.

Duties

• Conduct assessments of patients’ speech and language abilities.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.

Benefits

• Fee-For-Service Pay Rates: $44 EIP Basic Therapy Session, $40 CPSE 30-Minute Therapy Session. Additional Service Rates Available.
