Job summary

POST Rehabilitation and Wellness is an affiliate of Ensign Services, Inc. and provides outpatient therapy to adults and adolescents in The Woodlands, TX.

This PRN position offers onsite opportunities at the POST Clinic and mobile outreach to a nearby ALF. The Speech-Language Pathologist will screen and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop care plans, and document outcomes in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Outpatient experience preferred; all experience levels considered.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

PRN Outpatient Opportunity available onsite in The Woodlands at the POST Clinic

PRN Mobile Outpatient Opportunity available serving patients in an ALF in the Tomball/Woodlands area

POST Rehabilitation and Wellness offers PT/OT/SLP services. POST is proud to be an Outpatient Therapy provider focused on providing care to the Adult and Adolescent demographic.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
