The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Florida SLP license, and a passion for working with young children. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Florida SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP).
• Experience with or a strong interest in working with infants and young children.
• A motivated, self-directed clinician.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations for infants and young children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide therapy in various settings (office, homes, daycares).
• Build rapport with families and empower caregivers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations for infants and young children.

• Building genuine rapport with families and empowering caregivers through education and coaching.
• Collaborating with a warm, supportive multidisciplinary team to create the best possible outcomes for the children we serve.
