Job summary

Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc. offers per diem Speech-Language Pathologist positions in California, delivering in-home therapy to improve communication, function, and quality of life.

You will collaborate with a supportive clinical team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care in patients' homes. The role requires a Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a California SLP license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Californian SLP license.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical SLP experience.
  • Current CPR certification with AHA.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans to address speech and language deficits.
  • Deliver speech therapy using specialized techniques and equipment, and recommend communication devices when needed.
  • Partner with referring physicians and the care team to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and goals.
  • Participate in case conferences and care coordination meetings.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per organization policy.
  • Stay current in speech-language pathology practice and theory.
  • Perform other duties as required for patient services.

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, you will be working directly with patients and their families in their homes to improve communication, function, and quality of life. You'll collaborate with a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering excellent, coordinated care.
