Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in the Houston area is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services. This role offers in-home and hybrid therapy options with a therapist-driven caseload and flexible scheduling.

You will deliver therapy, develop individualized treatment plans for communication, language, articulation, and feeding as applicable, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred (CFs welcome!)
• Creative, caring, and engaging with children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, functional speech-language therapy services in-home or hybrid settings
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing (as applicable)
• Support family involvement and carryover of therapy strategies in everyday routines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear, timely documentation
