Job summary

AgeRight Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Emerald Heights to deliver person-centered therapy and build personalized care plans that leverage clinical data and evidence-based pathways. You will contribute to optimal patient outcomes within a dynamic team across facilities.

The role emphasizes transforming patient function across physical, emotional, social, and cognitive domains, with a focus on seniors and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.

Minimum Qualifications
