Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. (Sunny Days) seeks Speech-Language Pathologists to provide pediatric services under Early Intervention across southeastern Pennsylvania, including Quakertown and Doylestown areas.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage and a sign-on bonus, with opportunities to work in home-based and community settings. Applicants must hold PA SLP licensure and have Early Intervention experience with pediatric clients.

Qualifications

• PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license required.
• Early Intervention Experience or equivalent experience required.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services and consult with families and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methods to reach each child’s developmental goals.
• Coach families on intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Ensure progress generalization and active caregiver participation; communicate with the team.

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. (Sunny Days) is a staffing agency that specializes in the areas of Early Intervention and Autism services, serving children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Speech Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals working with the family
• Follow Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop methodologies for reaching each child’s specific developmental goals
• Coach family members and caregivers on various intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in both home and at community settings
• Provide services in diverse settings such as homes, daycare centers, and/or other community settings
• Ensure that progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the entire team
• Prepare progress reports
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)

Requirements:

• PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license
• Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience
• Pediatric Experience
• Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred)
• Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
