Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program.
• Licensed by the Arizona State Board as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate.
• Experience in clinical setting, preferably with two years of clinical patient care.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital clinician, expertly assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life.

Every day, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients, meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans. You will contribute clinical expertise to develop or upgrade treatment programs and protocols, and actively shape departmental and organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced clinical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

We are offering $10,000 relocation assistance to applicants who meet the qualifications.

• Complete documentation of treatment minutes and enter electronic charges accurately and timely.
• Participate in continuing education and develop advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical, and business development.
• Participate on internal/external task forces, committees, or boards appropriate to the diagnostic program per manager approval.

Job Requirements

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related field.
• Completed internship in an appropriate clinical setting.
• Licensed by the Arizona State Board as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate.

Preferred

• Master's Degree in an appropriate clinical area.
• Doctorate of Science in an appropriate clinical area.
• Two (2) years of progressive experience in the clinical area, performing patient clinical care.
