Genuine Work-Life Balance: We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between a fulfilling career and a full life. Most of our SLPs work just 3-4 days a week, totaling 32 hours, and still enjoy the benefits of a full-time role.

Thorough Onboarding & Sustainable Systems: From day one, we provide hands-on onboarding and direct teaching of our systems so you feel confident and supported. We’ll show you how to use our tools efficiently, helping you build your caseload at a manageable pace-so you can finish your day knowing your work is done, and truly enjoy your time off.
