Veracity Ventures Inc. is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Portland, Oregon. This onsite, full-time, day-shift role focuses on patient-centered evaluation, treatment planning and rehabilitation to support communication, swallowing, cognition, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology, and will obtain an Oregon license and AHA BLS certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, or equivalent education/experience.
• Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license required upon hire.
• AHA National Provider BLS certification required upon hire.
• Experience in speech and language evaluation and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language and functional assessments to identify patient needs and establish appropriate clinical goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient condition, functional status, and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment approaches, and document clinical outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, families, and other members of the care team to support coordinated patient care.
