Speech Language Pathologist – Ten (10) Month Position
September 1, 2026 – Pending Criminal History Clearance
The Speech and Language Pathologist reports to the Principal or other appropriate certified administrator, as designated by the Superintendent. The Speech and Language Pathologist is part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for coordination and development of services for students with disabilities, as well as delivery of related services and program evaluation.
Delivers services to students to improve skills/functional abilities; demonstrates positive interpersonal relationships with students, parents and educational staff; assists teachers and students in implementing plans/strategies; involves students in setting objectives; uses a systematic process to assess needs plan intervention and evaluate outcomes.
Full‑time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Pension system enrollment varies by position and certification. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included.
Following the established MCESA Salary Guide ranging from Step #1 MA $61,953 to Step #20 MA+30 $87,653
