As a Pediatric SLP at Jewels Therapy Clinic, you'll provide essential therapy services to children-from infants to young learners-helping them navigate speech and language development with confidence. You'll collaborate closely with families and professionals to create a supportive, holistic care experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in pediatric clients
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Track and document client progress regularly
• Provide coaching and resources to families for continued success at home
• Stay informed on best practices and current research in pediatric speech-language pathology
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure in Maryland (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
• Excellent communication, assessment, and therapy skills
