Build a Caseload That Fits Your Life
Word Play is looking for an exceptional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who wants to provide meaningful, individualized therapy without giving up flexibility, clinical autonomy, or work-life balance.
We are a therapist-owned Arizona practice providing speech, language, and feeding therapy in homes and community settings. Our clinicians work closely with families while having the freedom to build schedules and caseloads that work for them.
At Word Play, we believe excellent therapy starts with supported therapists.
We know there are plenty of places an SLP can work. We want Word Play to be a place where talented clinicians choose to stay.
We value clinicians who want independence without feeling like they are practicing alone.
As a Word Play SLP, you will provide individualized services to children and adults with communication and/or feeding needs in their natural environments.
Responsibilities may include:
We are looking for an SLP who is clinically strong, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently.
Specialty experience is welcome but not required. We value clinicians who are curious, collaborative, and committed to continued growth.
Buckeye, Surprise, Glendale, Tucson
Word Play was built by speech-language pathologists who understand what it is like to balance clinical responsibilities, documentation, families, professional growth, and life outside of work.
We don't believe great clinicians should have to choose between doing meaningful work and having a life.
Our goal is to give therapists the structure and administrative support they need while preserving the independence that makes community-based practice rewarding.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with families, provide therapy where communication actually happens, and see the functional impact of your work.
Word Play, LLC provides speech, language, feeding, and communication services throughout Arizona, including home and community-based treatment and telehealth.
We serve children and adults with a wide range of developmental and communication needs and work with families across multiple funding sources and programs.
As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for clinicians who want to grow with us.
If you're an SLP who wants flexibility, strong clinical support, meaningful client relationships, and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
