Turning Tides Integrated Therapy | Pensacola, FL & Gulf Breeze, FL

Turning Tides Integrated Therapy is looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing therapy team. We provide individualized, family-centered care across clinic, home, and school settings, serving children and families throughout our community.

What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and individualized treatment
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide therapy in clinic, home, and/or school settings
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the therapy team
  • Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Participate in team meetings, case collaboration, and ongoing professional development
  • Support a positive, collaborative culture within our growing practice
What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
  • A collaborative, family-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work independently while being an active member of a multidisciplinary team
