Job summary

Career Links in the United States is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders in a patient-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active State SLP License (or eligible for licensure).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (CFs welcome to apply).
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Provide education to patients, caregivers, and family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation per clinic standards.
• Collaborate with therapy disciplines and medical staff.
• Participate in team meetings and clinic growth initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with other therapy disciplines and medical professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active State SLP License (or eligibility for licensure).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (CFs welcome to apply).
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
