Hopkins Center in New York is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist – Full-Time – Clinical Fellow to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
