Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-focused care in Arkansas facilities. The role involves screening, evaluating, and implementing treatment plans while coordinating discharge and case management.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team, uphold regulatory standards, and contribute to a robust SLP program across communities. A FT or PRN schedule is possible with competitive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver SLP services to patients following as per Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards.
  • Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Discharge planning and case management.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Uphold professional conduct and confidentiality.
  • Stay informed on billing models and treatment guidelines.
  • Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

Delivering Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients in accordance with the principles of speech-language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management. Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve patients’ communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapy
  • Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program
  • Strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education
  • Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment
  • Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards
  • Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes
  • Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
  • Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
