Job summary

Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to plan, organize, develop and direct Speech Language Pathology Services in accordance with current standards and to ensure high-quality patient care for patients within the rehabilitation setting.

Required qualifications include Montana SLP licensure (or limited license) on hire, plus BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of acute care/rehabilitation hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Education to qualify for Speech Pathology licensure.
• Upon hire: Montana Speech Language Pathologist License. Or Montana Speech Language Pathologist Limited License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct Speech Language Pathology Services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job description

The primary function of the Speech Language Pathologist is to plan, organize, develop and direct Speech Language Pathology Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be defined by the Rehabilitation Clinical Manager/director of Rehabilitation Services, to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care can be maintained at all times.
