West Gables RehabilitationHospital in Miami, FL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an inpatient rehab setting. This is a full-time role with a compensation range based on experience and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The hospital emphasizes career growth and supportive benefits for staff.

The position requires state licensure as an SLP, and BLS or completion within 90 days. Preferred CCC‑SLP certification is encouraged and the hospital offers a range of professional development programs.

• Performs other professional duties in care and program delivery.
• Coordinate treatment program with other clinical/therapeutic services.

Compensation: $82,690 - $111,280, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.
• Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients.
• Ensures the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities.
• Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services and design of program delivery.
• Coordinatetreatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services as available community resources.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association preferred
