Maintains daily statistics and submits billing in timely order in compliance with department protocol.* Provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment for speech, voice and swallowing disorders.* Participates in research projects coordinated by the Speech Pathologists in conjunction with the Medical Director of Otolaryngology.* Attends and participates in continuing education within Lahey Clinic as well as outside conferences.* Complies with Speech, Voice and Swallowing infection control measures and safety program; and maintains a safe and neat working environment.* Maintains courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients.* Demonstrates an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment.* Participates in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.* Participates in and successfully completes Mandatory Education.* Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Education: Knowledge of Speech Language Pathology typically acquired by attaining a Master’s degree in this field.* Licensure, Certification, Registration: Licensure by state of Massachusetts; certification by American Speech-Language Hearing Association.**Pay Range:**$38.50 – $51.82The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
