Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver specialized speech-language and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia disorders, developing evidence‐based, individualized care plans.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient‑centric recovery, educate families, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities
