Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA).
• 2 years’ experience in acute care or rehabilitation; home health preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto liability insurance.
• Ability to work in patient homes and coordinate care.
