Cherokee Park Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive SLP services across our rehabilitation facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans while ensuring quality patient care and adherence to guidelines.
Responsibilities include supervision of assistants, discharge planning, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize communication and swallowing safety for residents.

This position will be split between Cherokee Park Rehabilitation and Sycamore Heights Health and Rehabilitation.
Provide speech-language pathology services for patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and within organisational guidelines. Provide quality patient care, including screening and evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehab techs, and case management responsibilities. Maintain professional conduct that represents Cherokee Park Rehabilitation's commitment to quality and service in all interactions with clients and facilities. Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations governing speech-language pathology practice.
