Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver SLP services in patient care settings across our partner facilities. You will screen patients, create and implement treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license.
• Master’s degree required; licensure to practice as an SLP in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients in accordance with therapy principles and Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
• Screen patients and evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Manage discharge planning and case management in collaboration with the care team.
• Uphold professional conduct and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

Delivering Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients in accordance with the principles of speech‑language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high‑quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management. Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve patients’ communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapy
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program
• Strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self‑study, and continuing education
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech‑language pathology and the healthcare environment
• Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards
• Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist state license
