Flagship Therapy in Irving, TX is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a post-acute setting, delivering medically necessary care.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication and/or swallowing disorders and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled treatment interventions per regulatory and clinical standards.

• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – FULL TIME

At The Eden of Las Colinas in Irving, TX, we’re a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program!

We want to invest in you! Paid Ampcare or comparable certification!

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
