Job summary

Clint ISD is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Special Education team for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will assess and support students with communication disorders using approved tests and methods.

Qualifications include a master's in speech-language pathology, Texas state licensure, ASHA certification, and a valid driver's license. Preference given to candidates with supervised clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the Texas Board of Examiners for SLP and Audiology (TDLR).
• ASHA Certification is required.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders using accepted tests and measurements.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress.
• Manage and document student progress and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university or Bachelor's Degree in speech language pathology with associated licensure as a speech therapist.


• Texas licensureas a speech-language pathologist certified by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (TDLR)


• Valid ASHA Certification


• Valid Driver License


• One (1)year supervised clinical speech-language pathology experience, preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills
