Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatric) to provide therapy in home and school settings.

You will assess speech, language, and feeding/swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve communication and participation. You will collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare teams to support client goals, promote family-centered care, and maintain ongoing professional development through supervision
