Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, implement individualized IEPs, and provide direct therapy to students. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP license in CO or eligibility to obtain before start.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply; CCC-SLP preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated, student-centered SLP to join our team for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in the state of CO (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
• Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
• Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success
