Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team serving patients in their homes. The role involves assessing, diagnosing and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, with individualized plans and collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active registered SLP license in the state in which you practice and CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
• One-year Speech Therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join the St. Elizabeth's Health at Home team. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders for patients in their homes. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
