Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Colorado is seeking a part-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Englewood, CO, serving middle through high school students with a guaranteed hours structure and 1099 arrangement.

The SLP will provide therapy, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, evaluate progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Hours 2–3 days/week, Sep 2026–May 2027, on-campus duties with supportive district and TheraPeds resources.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP.
• National License: ASHA.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required.
• CCC preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.

About Us

TheraPeds Partners is a Colorado based, therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to PreK–12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Englewood, CO.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Job Details

• Part-time school schedule 2-3 days/week
• September 2026 - May 2027.

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
