Job summary

Quality Talent Group partners with a leading therapy organization to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services across skilled nursing, home health, outpatient and hospital settings.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New graduates welcome (mentorship available).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
