Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in the Denver area. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a pay range of $50–$60 hourly, and guaranteed hours with weekly direct deposit.

You will assess, treat, and monitor students’ speech and language, collaborate with educators and families, participate in IEP meetings, and help create an inclusive learning environment. Must hold CO licensure and CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CO state license in SLP and CO CDE license.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
  • School setting experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Offer professional development and support to teachers on speech topics.

Type: Full Time or Part Time Opening

Pay: $50-$60 hourly depending on experience

Position Overview: As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of our students. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
