Located in Princetown, NY Crossroads Center for Children provides a range of programs for children aged two to ten.

As an SLP at Crossroads, you’ll work alongside a talented team of special educators, behavior analysts, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and teaching assistants to deliver exceptional ABA services in a school setting. You’ll join a team of skilled speech therapists in this full‑time position; 37.5 hours per week, which follows a school calendar, including a six‑week summer program.

We're seeking enthusiastic, committed professionals who are eager to help students reach their full potential. If you’re a life‑long learner and are passionate about making a difference, we want you on our team! While experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred, it’s not required.

Job Responsibilities

Providing therapy in various models (individual/small group, push‑in/pull‑out).
Performing standardized and non‑standardized student assessments.
Continuously evaluating student progress.
Maintaining thorough records and documenting progress in student files and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Report Writing for billing and academic tracking.
Regularly participating in team meetings to ensure the coordination of student goals and progress.
Attending IEP meetings as needed.
Work and collaborate with Special Education Teachers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to ensure successful intervention.
