Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. seeks a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with disabilities across member school districts in Illinois.

The clinician conducts evaluations, delivers individual and group therapy, supports IEP development, and collaborates with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address diverse communication goals and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong assessment and clinical therapy skills for school-age students

Responsibilities
