Role Description

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with speech, language, and feeding needs in an on-site clinical setting in Calabasas, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions to children and/or adults, depending on caseload. The role involves documenting progress notes and treatment outcomes, communicating regularly with families and caregivers, and collaborating with other healthcare and educational professionals as needed. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in scheduling, case management, and occasional team meetings to support program development and quality improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
