Speech-Language Pathologist – Elementary School (PreK - 1st Grade)

Location: Branchburg, NJ 08876
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Estimated Dates: 01/05/2026 - 06/18/2026

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 (annualized salary based on experience)

About the Role

AnthroMed Education is hiring a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join an exceptional elementary school team in the Branchburg area. This is a full-time, school-based position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of educators and clinicians, with consistent support from both the school and the AnthroMed community. This role is a great fit for an adaptable, team-oriented clinician who is eager to grow and contribute meaningfully to students' success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language services to students with a variety of communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
  • Address speech/language delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and Autism
  • Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
  • Caseload anticipated in the low 30s
  • SLP must be comfortable with small group therapy
  • Will be seeing preschool, kindergarten and first grade students
  • Must be familiar and comfortable with pre-k assessments/screenings
  • Will assist with arrival, dismissal, and lunch dutyAccess to shared office space
Qualifications
