The Creston Health and Rehab in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time and PRN roles on our in-house therapy team. You will provide compassionate evaluation and treatment to patients, collaborating with a talented care team in a dynamic setting.

Required: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and BLS certification. One year of experience preferred. Competitive benefits and onboarding support are offered.
