Responsibilities

• Planning and Preparation for instruction.
• Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development for 4–8 grade.
• Set instructional goals aligned to district targets.
• Design instruction based on district targets and student data.
• Design formative and summative assessments to measure student performance.
• Incorporate current technology as a learning tool.
• Maintain appropriate classroom procedures and expectations.
• Manage student behavior and engagement.
• Communicate with families and participate in PLCs.
